Role Summary
The VP of Technology and Innovation will spearhead technology innovation across all levels of our organization, ensuring we stay at the forefront of cost-effective solutions in systems, software, and hardware. This role will lead initiatives to leverage advanced technologies, particularly AI and business intelligence (BI) applications, to improve client services and internal processes, transforming our business operations and decision-making capabilities. The VP will be in charge of firsthand development of Power BI reports and will oversee the hiring of additional developers in the future as needed.

What You Will Do
  • Lead and innovate technology to enhance operational efficiency and client experiences.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective tech strategies in automation, software, hardware, and business intelligence.
  • Create tailored Power BI solutions for centralized reporting and analytics.
  • Integrate AI to automate tasks and derive business insights.
  • Oversee technology projects for successful, timely, and cost-effective implementation.
  • Align tech initiatives with business goals through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Track project progress, identifying risks and solutions.
  • Conduct technology training and develop educational programs in data analytics, AI, and software utilization.
  • Ensure IT infrastructure reliability, security, and scalability.
  • Coordinate with the IT team for seamless integration of innovative technologies.
What You Will Bring
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in database architecture and Power BI development. 
  • 5-7 years’ experience in IT infrastructure management and project management.
  • 5 plus years of experience in a leadership role overseeing staff.
  • Understanding of AI to drive innovation within the company.
  • Four-year college degree required or equivalent work experience.
