Role Summary
We are seeking an organized and upbeat administrative professional to join our team. In this role, you will represent us by creating a positive first impression with our potential and current clients, as well as assisting our Houston team with general office support.
What You Will Do
- This role requires 100% onsite availability 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
- Manage front desk operations (i.e. incoming calls, greeting visitors)
- Manage office vendors including but not limited to delivery, office machines, coffee service, water company, etc.
- Coordinate and train backup support
- Maintain inventory of office and break room supplies
- Keep lobby, break room, and general office areas organized and tidy
- Assist with data entry and reports in Agency Management System
