Position Summary
This position will be responsible for engaging and identifying top talent into the organization to ensure
the staffing needs for the organization are consistently and successfully met. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for sourcing and evaluating candidates to ensure that only highly qualified candidates that fit the identified hiring profiles are presented to hiring managers.
  • Ensure talent acquisition needs are filled in an effective, timely manner based on list and priority level determined by leadership.
  • Oversee all pre-hire assigned responsibilities to ensure the new hire and the company are effectively prepared for the new hire’s first day.
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System and other recruiting technology platforms to ensure all job posts and candidate data are accurate and current.
  • Create and maintain a personalized, transparent, and positive candidate experience by managing candidate expectations through consistent communication and process efficiency.
  • Partner and consult with hiring managers to align on hiring profiles, review the recruiting process, as well as utilize subject matter expertise to educate interviewers as needed.
  • Ensure recruiting methods are creative and resourceful by utilizing various channels, with an emphasis on passive candidate engagement to enhance candidate pool.
  • Develop candidate pipelines for the organization’s ongoing, key roles.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 5 years plus of full cycle recruiting, including reviewing resumes, screening candidates, managing calendars, scheduling interviews, administer assessments, etc.
  • Experience recruiting for corporate and professional roles, insurance industry a plus
  • Possesses a strategic mindset, adept at navigating complexities and emerging with clarity and purpose.
  • Excels in fostering productive relationships with colleagues and actively contributes to driving the overall team culture in a positive direction.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Highly organized and unwaveringly committed to maintaining high-quality standards
  • Demonstrates independent thinking, introducing innovative ideas and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written forms; on the phone and in person)
  • Collaborates effectively within a team environment
