Position Summary
The Personal Lines Insurance Advisor will drive new business and expand relationships with both standard and high-net-worth clients. This role will handle Personal Lines Clients, focusing on high-net-worth individuals such as Wealth Managers, Family Offices, and Luxury Real Estate Agents within our Private Client Division.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage personal insurance opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless policy implementation.
- Leverage networking and cross-selling to drive sales and agency growth.
- Partnering with other sales divisions to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree or work equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years of personal lines insurance experience with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Capable of interacting with clients to cultivate strong relationships.
- Must be able to utilize Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an intermediate or advanced level.
- Must have an active Texas P&C insurance license.
