As an administrative support professional reporting primarily to the Vice President of Sales, this role provides administrative and operational support to the Sales organization. The position is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing reports and sales materials, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

As an administrative support professional reporting primarily to the Vice President of Sales, this role provides administrative and operational support to the Sales organization. The position is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing reports and sales materials, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide assistance in daily tasks.
- Manage the VP of Sales active calendar by effectively scheduling with prioritization, meetings, travel, and appointments in order to maximize efficiency.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, agendas, forms as requested in a professional manner.
- Track and manage expense reports via CONCUR and adhere to the agency’s submittal timeframe.
- Handle communications on behalf of the VP both written, via phone or in person in a professional/helpful manner.
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative support. Supporting a VP is a plus.
- Associate’s degree college degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Must be able to work independently after direction is give and have the ability to build interoffice relationships.
- Must effectively speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
- Exercise judgment of proper verbal and written communication skills for a professional environment.
